Guisados Greicy was founded in 2024 by Graciela Herrera, lovingly known as “Greicy.” For her, cooking has always been more than a passion—it’s a lifelong craft and the heart of her family.
In 2023, Greicy faced a personal injury that kept her in recovery for a year. During that challenging time, she found joy and healing in cooking daily for her loved ones. That experience gave her the strength and inspiration to pursue her lifelong dream of creating Guisados Greicy.

First time trying this place and it was definitely worth it! The Gordita (Chorizo con papas) was a good size and actually stuffed! The salsa verde was on point! Quesabirrias were nice and crispy, whew! Definitely getting this again! The Kids Quesadilla (Asada) with Rice and Beans was a good size too. Rice and beans were gone in no time.
